SUMMARY

Artera is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to collaborate closely with our data team and all Engineering teams. This role is pivotal in shaping our Product roadmap through the effective utilization of AI and Machine Learning market trends including generative AI and conversational AI.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the integration of key features from our AI Roadmap, ensuring seamless collaboration with our healthcare IT vendors. This individual will be instrumental in tracking and managing customer outcomes, conducting market research, customer discovery, and enabling customer adoption.

As a critical liaison between Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders, this individual will play a key role in influencing internal strategies and driving innovation in our product suite. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market Research and Customer Discovery: Conduct in-depth market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the data team, Engineering teams, and other product managers to align strategies, foster innovation, and drive successful product outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage key stakeholders, influencing internal decisions, and aligning product strategies with organizational goals.
  • Healthcare Vendor Integration: Enable key features from our AI Roadmap to seamlessly integrate with healthcare IT vendors, ensuring interoperability and enhanced customer value.
  • Customer Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption, ensuring our products meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Customer Outcomes: Track and manage customer outcomes, ensuring our product aligns with customer needs and expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify innovative solutions.
  • Systems Thinking: Demonstrate a holistic understanding of the product ecosystem, considering the interconnections and dependencies between various components and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Exhibit a high level of initiative in driving projects forward, exploring new opportunities, and continuously improving product features and offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
    • Additional experience in lieu of a degree is also accepted 
  • 7+ years of product management experience
    • Preferably with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
  • Proven track record of successfully integrating AI and staying up to date with its market trends while driving customer adoption.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform market research, customer discovery, and influence internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with data experts and Engineering teams.

SALARY RANGE

Actual base salary will depend on experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal equity.

$120,000 - $176,000
