In this role you will shape a mission-critical web app used on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones every day by hospital leaders, nurse supervisors, care managers, and other staff in the hospital inpatient setting to make healthcare better for patients. This role will include work on new product features, ETL and data warehousing, API implementation, and enhancements to our machine learning and other microservices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Design and implement product features using Django, MySQL, Amazon Web Services, and various other technologies
    • Improve the robustness and efficiency of our multi-tenant, distributed platform
    • Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and customers on feature prioritization, requirements, and design
    • Ensure the continued stability, performance, quality of the codebase, and security of customer data
    • Solve complex problems across cross-functional teams

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
    • 4+ years of professional experience designing and developing web-based enterprise software
    • Strong Python skills
    • Solid experience writing and optimizing SQL queries

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

    • Experience working on healthcare products
    • Experience with Django, MySQL, and/or AWS
    • Experience developing or working with ETL technologies

$120,000 - $170,000 a year
The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.
