The Opportunity
With the latest advancements in AI and outbounding tools, companies no longer need expensive outbound teams to get potential customers interested in learning more. We are looking for a strategic Technical Business Development Manager to create an outbound “team” with limited headcount by leveraging the latest and greatest tools and processes.

The right candidate will be technically savvy, with experience in AI outbounding techniques. If you are a creative, proficient, technical outbounding wizard, we want to hear from you!

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 ($110k-$170k OTE)

What You'll Do

    • Own all company outbound email infrastructure and strategy, with a focus on cold emails from various sales rep personas with the goal of driving as much quality pipeline as possible.
    • Do more with less: Leverage tools and automations to accomplish the pipeline output of a traditional BDR team with limited headcount requirements.
    • Infrastructure: Identify and implement the best tools for an end-to-end outbound sales strategy such as creating, and monitoring outbound sequences, leveraging the latest AI innovations, identifying and prospecting potential customers. Own CRM (Hubspot) processes and organization across funnel sales funnel.
    • Process: Define, document, and enforce processes to prospect customers, verify emails, and personalize outreach.
    • Monitoring and Optimizing: Define creative approaches and rapidly test and iterate on them through a data-driven lens to find the optimal combination of who, how, what, and when. Implement and stay up to date on best practices for email and cold outreach and ensure we are not burning accounts and brand reputation. Test accuracy of 3rd party data sources (for emails, prospect size, etc.) and refine use throughout the sales process.
    • Strategy: Collaborate with GTM team to strategically drive pipeline across channels (ABM, events, etc). 

Minimum Requirements

    • 3-7 years of outbounding sales experience
    • Experience using AI as part of the outbounding process
    • Highly proficient in Hubspot – workflows, pipeline, analytics, & setting up 3rd party integrations
    • Insanely data driven and organized
    • Experience owning end-to-end outbound email strategy
    • Knowledge of the latest trends and strategies to maximize deliverability, reply rates, and overall success of outbound campaigns
    • Experience owning quantified pipeline goals
    • Experience building infrastructure and tools to achieve outbound goals from scratch
    • Excellent communication and experience collaborating cross functionally to achieve goals
