- Own strategy and value delivery for multiple customers and develop a long-term vision to drive ongoing value, product adoption, account renewals, and expansion
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and develop expertise in identifying strategic customer goals.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to incorporate customer input and feedback into the ongoing evolution of existing and new products and services
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, and Engineering
- Deliver tailored product training to a wide range of customers, and serve as a technical consultant throughout the implementation and onboarding phases
- Process milestones for customers and Intelligencia Customer Success teams to work toward
- Upsell services and products with the brand image
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Elevate the customer’s voice to inform Intelligencia’s product development team and support Product Roadmap Visions
What you'll bring to the team
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager, working in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Clinical Development or Healthcare space
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years working with customers with a SAAS based company, data analytics or consulting company
- Technical aptitude, combined with strong business acumen, and a desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Accountability and personal organization
- Experience in managing a diverse group of stakeholders such as biostatisticians, clinical development heads, therapeutic area leads, portfolio management teams and training each according to company standards
- Aptitude for constant learning; seeks and welcomes assistance from colleagues
- A positive attitude, empathy, and high energy with a get things done mentality
- Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment
- Masters or Bachelors in a related field is preferred
